Thanks to the very generous support of the sponsors and donors of KidSport™ Greater Victoria, we have been able to provide funds to a variety of other community projects supporting kids and physical activity.

Those projects include:

• Grants to inner city schools and sport clubs for sports equipment;

• Rock Solid Mini Rugby participation tournament
  
• Paul Valentine Memorial Basketball Park Lighting at Juan de Fuca Recreation Centre;
  
• Saanich Police Bike Safety Helmet Program;
  
• Power-to-Be Outrigger Canoe acquisition for children with physical disabilities;
  
• Beacon Hill Children's Water Park;
  
• ProMotion Plus for Girls - organizational and athlete development grants;
  
• Runners of Compassion shoe provision program
  
• Safety mats for Night League basketball
• O.V.Introductory Golf program
• Scotties School Of Rock intro to Curling program
  

Through these projects we estimate that we have touched the lives of over 30,000 children in Greater Victoria to date.
