Kid Sport™ Greater Victoria is able to provide sport registration fee grants to children in financial need and support community projects because of the generous support it receives from event proceeds, partnerships, donations, grants and bequests.
If you wish to Donate you can:
- Mail a cheque payable to KidSport™ Greater Victoria to our address. Should your cheque exceed $25 and you would like a tax receipt, your cheque should be payable to KidSport Canada and write in Greater Victoria on the Memo line of your cheque and send to our address.
- Donate online by going to the KidSport Canada On Line Donation page, Under General Donation Information choose KidSport British Columbia from the drop down menu then type in Greater Victoria in the blank where it asks "would you like your donation directed to a specific local chapter.
- Donate publicly traded securities (the most cost- effective way to donate), the “KidSport Greater Victoria Foundation Endowment Fund” is hosted by the Victoria Foundation and enables you to transfer stocks and other publicly traded securities see the link www.victoriafoundation.bc.ca/giving/how-give#Securities for information on how you can donate publicly traded securities to ensure the long term viability of KidSport Greater Victoria , So All Kids Can Play !

Make us your Charity of Choice
Charity of Choice events can include any event that your organization wishes to put on to raise funds for a good cause: dress down days, golf tournaments, running events, auctions, banquets. Designate KidSport™ Greater Victoria as your organization's charity of choice and help local disadvantaged children. Donate all or a portion of the proceeds from the event. Your organization can also receive a charitable tax receipt for the money it donates to KidSport™.
