Kid Sport™ Greater Victoria is able to provide sports grants to children in financial need and support community projects because of the generous support it receives from event proceeds, donations, grants and bequests.

If you wish to Donate you can:

1. Mail a cheque payable to KidSport™ Greater Victoria to our address.

2. Should your cheque exceed $25.00 and you would like a tax receipt, your cheque should be payable to  KidSport Canada and write in Greater Victoria on the Memo line of your cheque and  sent to our address.

3.Donate online by going to the KidSport Canada On Line Donation page , under Fund choose KidSport Canada from the drop down menu and  type in Greater Victoria in the blank where it asks "would you like your donation directed to a specific local chapter"

Make us your Charity of Choice:

Charity of Choice events can include any event that your organization wishes to put on to raise funds for a good cause: dress down days, golf tournaments, running events, auctions, banquets. Designate KidSport™ Greater Victoria as your organization's charity of choice and help local disadvantaged children. Donate all or a portion of the proceeds from the event. Your organization can also receive a charitable tax receipt for the money it donates to KidSport™.

75 Hour Challenge

The Victoria Foundation is hosting the 75-Hour Challenge – an opportunity to strengthen endowment funds managed by the foundation on behalf of non-profit organizations.

The Victoria Foundation will distribute $75,000 based on how much the community gives to each participating organization in the 75 hours between 9:00 a.m. November 15th to noon November 18th, 2011. One of these organizations is KidSport Greater Victoria. 

If you choose to donate, we can get a “triple play” leverage thanks to the generosity of the Hugh Turner Memorial Foundation who is willing to directly match donations up to $10,000. This is a golden opportunity to contribute to the long-term sustainability of KidSport Greater Victoria.
